FAQs

How far ahead of time (or close to the event) can you help?
While the majority of our regular clients contact us well ahead of an event and some clients provide us with their upcoming schedules, to get everything taken care of, we also get 'last minute' calls after people have been let down by their existing freight company. In short, it's never too late to see if we can help.
Will you liaise with the exhibition venue?
We know that getting info from event venues can be like getting blood out of a stone - especially if there's a language barrier too - which is why we'll liaise directly with the venue to ensure your items arrive where they're meant to be, when they're meant to be there.
Do you have experience dealing with European customs (since Brexit)?
Yes, our UK based team have spent the past couple of years working with partners and customs to fully understand the complexities of European transit situation since Brexit, enabling us to offer a seamlessly smooth process for our clients.
Are we on our own once we get to the event (and everything's arrived safe and sound)?
Not at all. Our dedicated UK team will be on hand to support you before, throughout, and after the event, so you're never left in the dark (or on your own if anything goes wrong!)
What countries can you ship to?
